“Should I Join…?” Covid-19 Clinical Research Flyers

We’re proud to announce that our COVID19 “Should I Join…?” clinical research flyers in collaboration with Harvard Catalyst has received an award of distinction & is a finalist in the 2020 ClearMark COVID-19 communications category from the Center for Plain Language.

The MRCT Center and Harvard Catalyst have collaborated on a series of COVID-19 clinical research handouts that can be included as general information, largely to prepare potential participants in advance of recruitment and consent. These introductory one-pagers are focused on different potential audiences:

  • patients
  • friends/family members
  • health proxies
  • parents/guardians
  • children

These materials were developed with input from the Brigham and Women’s Hospital’s Patient and Family Advisory Committee. In order to ensure these flyers meet the needs of potential study participants, we welcome additional feedback and will refine as needed.
