More Info
Tolerability is looked at to find out how easy it is for treatment is to be delivered. For example, researchers can learn whether a pill is too big to be swallowed.
Tolerability also tells us about the problems a treatment may cause, and how severe those problems are. If a person has to stop taking a study treatment because of related problems, then tolerability is low.

You may want to clarify what they mean by “tolerability.” For some people, nausea might be tolerable while for others its not, so you should let the study staff know what you are feeling while taking the study treatment.
