The Multi-Regional Clinical Trials Center released Version 1.0 of “Achieving Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity in Clinical Research” in August of 2020.
This Guidance Document aims to clarify the importance of, advance the goals of, and provide practical and actionable ways to improve diverse representation of participants in clinical research.
Version 1.2, containing minor editorial updates, was released in January of 2021, and can be downloaded for free or ordered as a hard copy (priced at cost without royalties) below.
This work is only the beginning. We hope the work inspires innovation and the positive change needed to achieve diversity, inclusion and equity in clinical research.
