AVA GLAZIER

Research Assistant

Ava Glazier is a Research Assistant at the MRCT Center. Ava joined the MRCT Center in May 2019, and previously held the Student Intern and Student Researcher positions at the Center. 

Ava is involved in projects focused on Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity in Clinical Research, Cell and Gene Therapy, and Reproductive Health. Previously, she worked on initiatives related to pediatric populations in clinical trials, health literacy, and informed consent forms. In addition to her work at the MRCT Center, Ava has interned at Takeda Pharmaceuticals in the Health Equity Department, and at FTI Consulting, where she contributed to efforts aimed at increasing patient access in large hospital systems. She is most passionate about improving maternal health outcomes in underserved populations and advancing policies to enhance the healthcare experience for both patients and providers.

Ava graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health in May 2024. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health with a focus on health policy at the Brown University School of Public Health.
