Walker Morrell

Walker Morrell joined the MRCT Center as a Project Manager in September 2019. Walker manages the Bioethics Collaborative and the Research, Development, and Regulatory Roundtable (R3) forums​, organizing and preparing content for the meetings as well as leading projects on the ideas that arise during discussion. Prior to joining the MRCT Center, Walker worked as a research collaborator with Duke University’s Science, Law, and Policy Lab, where he studied the ethics of sex robot technology and cryptocurrencies.  He also has a background in life science research, interning in AgBiome’s nematology department and discovering novel biological agents to protect soybean crops.

Walker graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Centre College, and he is currently pursuing a Master’s in Bioethics from Harvard Medical School with an expected graduation date of May 2021.
