Program Manager

Samjhana Bogati, BSN, RN, joined the MRCT Center in January 2023 as a Program Manager. Samjhana’s work at the MRCT Center is focused on developing capacity-building and training courses related to the design and conduct of clinical trials for a global audience, as well as leading a project assessing and resolving common barriers in clinical trials. Samjhana brings over fifteen years of experience in Human Subjects Research at large academic medical centers.  She has led large-scale research and quality improvement projects focusing on hematology/oncology clinical research and operations. Samjhana also worked for a decade as a lead research nurse at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, aiding in to launch of the cancer center’s Cell Therapy Research Program while sitting on multiple research and nursing committees. Before joining the MRCT Center, Samjhana worked as a Program Manager at the Mount Sinai Health System, overseeing patient care and research operations for the Lymphoma Research program.

Samjhana earned her Bachelor of Nursing from Kent State University.
